will be our speaker.  His topic will be DSCR Loans.
What kind of loans are they, how can they be used,
terms and interest rates.


REGULAR MEETINGS ARE EVERY 2 WEEKS
UNLESS CHANGED FOR HOLIDAYS.


Lunch is located in Scrooges private dining area
(the old Fazolies Italian food location in NE Jackson)

5829 Ridgewood Rd, Jackson MS 39211.

The meeting is $20 per person.  


We'll start by pitching properties for sale
so be sure to come ready to pitch your deals.

 Print your deals out and put on the front table with
your contact information so members can take a photo of it
and get in touch with you.

Q. How often does your club meet?

The Jackson Real Estate Investors Group (RIG) meets every other Thursday at 11:30 unless otherwise noted. 


Q. How much does the meeting cost and what are the annual dues?

There is a $20 required charge for the meeting.  Effective 7/1/2024, annual dues are $100 for Individual membership or $150 for a joint membership with spouse, child, business partner or etc. Dues may be paid with a credit card on this website or at a meeting with cash or check.  Visitors may attend up to two (2) times prior to joining.
