Join other real estate investors to fight certain provisions of the December 2022 City of Jackson's new Rental Ordinance that were implemented in 2023. Parts of the ordinance infringe upon investors rights to operate their rental business. Both the Chancery Court case as well as the Circuit Court case which was favorable to landlords have been appealed to the MS Supreme Court.Any favorable positions or rulings issued by the court will be of a benefit to all residential rental owners.
